Firstly, Lucy O'Keefe is here every Wednesday & Thursday evening drawing on over 10 years experience of therapeutic massage. Find out more about Lucy here.
Next up, Kate Haworth is bringing reflexology to the table. Kate is a qualified medical herbalist & also offers Indian head massage. Deeply relaxing & restorative.
Trystan Lloyd is bring his calm West Walian ways, and attentive sports massage to the practice on Fridays & Saturdays.
Finally we would like to congratulate Beatrice on her new role teaching part time at Swansea University & her new mind-body project in conjunction with the Wellbeing Centre Swansea. Sadly this means she will be leaving Gower Health Clinic to make time for these new projects. You can read more about her work here & here.
To celebrate this all & our fresh new look after recent renovations, you are invited to join us for an open day on Saturday 18th February, taster sessions & delicious treats will be available all morning 9am - 12pm, so get it in your diaries. Proceeds towards DEC earthquake appeal.
