My Story

Frances originally qualified as an osteopath in 2014, earning her Bachelor of Osteopathy (BOst) from Swansea University. After graduating, she built extensive experience working in private practices across North and South Wales, later taking on leadership roles managing musculoskeletal practices. In 2017, Frances relocated to London, where she joined the prestigious Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine. There, she treated both adults and children with a wide variety of conditions. During this time she worked alongside the British Medical Acupuncture Society and took a special interest in Western medical acupuncture. During her time in London, Frances also contributed to the future of osteopathy by teaching students at the British School of Osteopathy, sharing her expertise and passion for patient-centered care.
In 2023, Frances furthered her medical training by completing her Physician Associate studies and began working at Singleton Hospital in Swansea. Her diverse background across private practices, hospital settings, and educational roles has equipped her with a comprehensive skill set, ensuring safe, effective, and individualized care for her patients.

Living near the stunning beaches of Swansea, Frances is an enthusiastic surfer and she can normally be found on one of the many beautiful Gower beaches. Her love for an active, outdoor lifestyle and her proximity to the sea inform her holistic approach to health and well-being. When she’s not in the clinic or enjoying the sea, Frances treasures time with her twin boys, whether they’re exploring the beaches or embarking on family adventures.

Frances’ practice is rooted in the osteopathic belief that the body has an innate capacity to heal when supported holistically. With her extensive experience in both public and private sectors, she prioritizes safety and tailors treatments to address the root causes of discomfort. Frances employs a range of techniques, including mobilization, soft tissue work, dry needling, rehabilitation, and cranial techniques to create personalized treatment plans that empower her patients to achieve long-term health and vitality.
Her time at the Royal London Hospital and Singleton Hospital has given her a deep understanding of treating complex conditions across all age groups, from pediatric to adult care. Frances’ collaborative approach, combined with her commitment to evidence-based practice, ensures her patients receive the highest standard of care.
